ES Lab provides a period of 1 year warranty ( “service” ) for our products unless otherwise specified, commencing the date of purchase based on the terms and conditions set forth hereunder:

 

  • Proof of purchase document (original receipt/ invoice/ email order confirmation ) must be presented when service is required. 

  • The service does not apply to products not purchased from ES Lab or its authorized dealers.

  • The warranty covers free replacements of parts only if deemed necessary to restore normal function.

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Periodical checking and replacing consumable items.

    • Cleaning, dirt removal, disinsection, cleaning service.

    • Replace, repair or recondition on the earpads, headpads, accessories, consumable items and lost parts.

    • ES Lab has no obligation to resolve any problems on headphones caused by amplifier failure and system connection errors.

  • The warranty will automatically be deemed to be void if;

    • Any disassemble work, modification or repair for the product is done in any way by anybody other than ES Lab.

    • The product has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, physical damage, abnormal voltage supply/power interruption, accident, fire, flood, insect, natural calamities or other events beyond ES Lab control.

    • The serial number sticker in the product has been modified or torn off.

  • Any defective parts, which have been replaced, shall become ES Lab’s property.

  • For the products with ongoing repair service, customers should inform ES Lab immediately in case of any changes in his/her address.

  • ES Lab reserves the right to unilaterally change the warranty terms and conditions from time to time without notice.

  • Customer acknowledges that all information and documentation provided to ES Lab are accurate and true.
